This Past Weekend

This past weekend, my parents were here along with my sister and her kids. Enid had a blast with Samantha and Patrick! She plays well with older kids anyway, but I think she was happy to see them again. It wasn't the best weather for Kings Dominion, so we all went to FunLand. Between the 8 of us, we ended up with lots of tickets and lots of goodies... Enid won a Wizard of Oz Scarecrow out of a claw machine ALL BY HERSELF! HAHAHA! Talk about talent! She also got to ride the Merry-Go-Round with Granny, and Patrick couldn't get enough! He must have ridden 6 times!

Sunday, we took Enid to Double "B" Farms to pick out pumpkins. There were a few animals there too. We wanted to go somewhere FREE since we knew we'd be paying for the pumpkins, and this place had an ad in the LOW newsletter we get. ANYWAY, we carved one pumpkin and used our tater head pieces from last year for the other one. I'll post photos of the jack-o-lantern once it's lit.

Enid's learned to say "Trick or Treat!", "Happy Halloween!", and "Alakazam!" OH... and "Hi-Ya!" like she's ninja cool!
