Ian's ROCKS!

Okay, so I wrote a short email to the company basically telling them that I was impressed with their SuperTots.

Today, I got this response:

"Thank you for taking time out of your busy day to write such a nice letter! We at Ian’s enjoy hearing from our loyal customers – and we value your opinions and suggestions. I am putting some coupons in the mail for you - and your daughter - to use next time you shop. Enjoy!

See, that's why I take a few minutes to commend or complain. Sometimes, people listen.

You know, I've only written one fan letter to a food company (to Contessa frozen dinners, recently) and they were SO gracious...they sent me a letter (someone actually read their email) and coupons, and a fridge magnet.

It's nice to let these people know when they are doing a good job!
