It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Xmas

Sunday night, we got the tree up and working. Enid was so excited she couldn't stand it! She kept saying we were "Making Christmas!" It was hard to keep her out of the things she could break, but it was to be expected!

We also bought some flowers to help kickstart the holiday spirit. I did the arrangement myself. What do you think? Time for a new career?? NAH! (I admit... it's nice not having to worry about a cat eating them.)
Oh... and here's one of only two poinsettias left with this coloration. I picked it over all the more traditional ones.

This morning, I snapped this shot of Enid playing with her "new" used Duplo Legos. It portrays the frustration some people feel this time of year! HAHA!
