BAM! Radio

BAM! is an acronym for "body and mind." It is a collaboration between the Moving & Learning early childhood consultancy (Rae Pica) and Jackstreet Media. They focus on a healthy mind in a healthy body and that the two are connected. They believe that in order to put your child on the right track, it's critical to nurture both mind and body in early childhood.

I have used Rae Pica's books in college and teaching, and I recently learned of BAM! Radio from following a link in an email she sent. If you Podcast freebies like I do, it's a WONDERFUL one to listen to. She interviews lots of different professionals.
