Enid's Last Day of School for the Year
Before heading to work today, I attended Enid's Christmas party at preschool. They painted wooden ornaments and decorated their own cupcakes. Tomorrow morning is the Walk to Bethlehem for the preschool. Granny is taking her while I'm with Gerald as he gets his nose "surgeried".
Amidst lots of chaotic kids and parents, Enid didn't falter from her ornament design. She was in the zone (and the last one to be finished). We had to basically make her be done. I couldn't even get her to look up for a photo.

During cupcake decorating, about every third child had to lick the spreader. Needless to say they had to be washed a lot as the bowls of frosting were being passed around. Both teachers commented on how well Enid spread her frosting and that you can tell she's had experience. My reply was "She does makes her own sandwiches at home." Is that so unusual? (quite rhetorical) She also butters and jellies in case you need some child labor.

The kids received antlers for the party, and they were all arguing over who was Rudolph. Enid took it upon herself to color on a red nose with a marker, though it's hard to see in the photo. What a ham.

Awwwwww! Rodulph has nothing on her in the cuteness department.
I love her snowflake shirt!
Thanks. We rarely find anything we like at Old Navy for her these days, and those were on sale a while back for about $5 maybe.
