What do a pool, a garden, and a birdhouse have in common?

Enid's been able to enjoy her new little pool a couple of times this week already. She's too brave sometimes, and tonight she tumbled over the side of the slide a couple of times.



We've been using the dirty, played-in pool water for the garden. We have a bunch of cucumbers already, and the zucchini, straight-neck squash, eggplant, roma, grape and beef master tomatoes are coming right along.

Yesterday, Enid finally got to paint a birdhouse. It's about time... she's been talking about ever since we put up the bird feeder. She wanted me to help, but I only got in about one red stripe before she was done hogging it.
