Deep Thoughts by Jack Handy

Gerald found my old "Deep Thoughts" book while cleaning out the closet before the yard sale. Then today on the way to Wilson, we saw a vulture eating road kill, and I had my own deep thought.

Before people built so many roads, vultures must not have eaten very well. On the other hand, I bet back before so much medicine was used, they could pick off the people before they ever made a road.
