Cats, Hair, Spring, Enid

Inari & Wasabi are 2 years old or will be soon. They've come a long way from being the insane imp and fraidy cat that they were when we brought them home from the shelter to foster them.

Yes, he was resting like this.

This is what I call the "dead cockroach".

Enid still has not gotten a haircut and neither have I. Mine is at the point of annoying me now, but I can't decide whether or not I want to donate to Locks of Love again. Anyway, Enid thought this was awesome.

Last weekend we spent pretty much all day Sunday outside. Between 5 of us, we played, grilled hot dogs, read, crocheted, biked (Enid's been enjoying her new 16" bike. When we went to buy it, she was already too tall for a 14" and skipped right on over smaller ones too. She keeps asking us to keep her little plastic tricycle. I say "no way", one riding toy is enough, so it's heading out at a yard sale soon.), chased bubbles, bug watched, napped, soaked in some vitamin D, and fixed PaPa's lawn mower. I also watched as the pollen coated my car.

I have one last thing to share before working on photos from
thisĀ week... Enid called me into her bedroom one night to show me that she had given her lamp glasses and an earring. She said that the earring she had on the right side wouldn't stay, so it was just being a pirate.
