Catch up post #4 (yes, finally)

First of all, I present the cats.

Enid turned 5 a month ago. She enjoyed a family & friends party at home, a celebration at preschool, and a day full of chocolate chips. We let her choose our meals all day on her actual birthday, and it was well worth it to see her so excited. For breakfast we made chocolate chip pancakes. For lunch, she wanted to find a Pizza Inn so she could have chocolate chip pizzert (she hadn't been since last year's birthday!). Then for dinner, we went to IHOP, and guess what she ordered??

For her birthday celebration at preschool, we made each child a fall star/flower ornament from toilet paper tubes that we painted. The last photo in this slideshow is of a pepperoni & cheese crescent bite Enid had on her plate one night. It reminded us of a snail.

Grandma made Enid that blue nightgown you see in the pancake photo. Here she is playing with Transformers under the dining room table in it. She had wanted to wear it to her birthday party, but she later decided (with a little help) that it wasn't the best idea. This isn't the best photo, but here is the beginning of her fairy land, complete with a school in a bag and a train to take the fairies there.
