It's Beginning to Feel a Lot Like Fall...

... FINALLY!! I turned the heater on just in case it gets that cold tonight. Lovely!

You can also tell it's fall by all of the changes at the farmer's market.

We scored a pretty big pumpkin for $5 there last Saturday. I wanted to go ahead and set out the PumpkinHead. Eventually, we'll get some to carve. The little ones were a steal as well!

A Party America opened up recently, and it won me over. I doubt I'll go to Party City for much any more. Enid wanted to check out everything close up, and since she knew I had my camera with me, she asked me to take a picture of her in Minnie ears.

I'm amazed at how much of the alphabet she knows now. She can type words almost by herself as long as you spell them out for her. Several days ago, she had her puzzles out and I spotted this. She made her own matching game.

There's a house in our neighborhood that decorates for Halloween and Xmas like crazy. We drove by one night and then walked past one day to take photos. Gerald said we should drive over there just to that house to trick-or-treat. Maybe we will.

These two little fellas were at the park.

And here's the kitty love for this post...

They go nuts watching the leaves fall and listening to the billions of acorns bonking on the roof.

Inari is FASCINATED by the candle. She got so close once that she singed the ends of some "eyebrows" and they curled up.

Enid covered Inari in her dragon blanket and gave her a mouse to sleep with.

Wasabi posed for me after I put out some Halloween decorations. He likes to smell the chairs that my Grandaddy made.

This weekend is the preschool's Vera Bradley Bingo game, so cross your fingers that we win some raffle money. If we win any Vera Bradley, it will most likely be sold
!
