Economic Suckiness

While in the shower this morning, I was thinking about stores and restaurants that were around when I was a kid that are nowhere to be found now. I have memories of certain stores... running errands with Grandma, buying school stuff, joking with my sister... Then I realized Enid will have the same type of memories of Goody's, Circuit City, Great Day Cafe, etc etc. 

Oh well, the memories are what matters... what you were doing at the time and with whom and how, not the place itself.

***ETA***  Just found out that Farm Fresh & Home Depot are planning to close some local stores too.  At least these are not the complete companies, just some locations.  I also forgot to mention earlier that Linens-N-Things is bye-bye along with Steve & Barry's (which I never liked anyway).
