Things That Make You Go "Hmmmm"

On my way back from taking Enid to preschool this morning, I saw a man riding a bike (inside city limits) with a roll of toilet paper on his handlebar. 

Just ponder that for a moment as I did driving home. Talk amongst yourselves.
