Pet Adoptions Funny

First of all, I feel as if I need to give some background info for why we were even in the mall, because we next-to-never go into the mall, especially Golden East. Yesterday, Gerald wanted to stop by to check out Best Buy's open-box deals. (I also had a gift card for a store in there. Oh, and the Hallmark is closing.) It's got to be one of the world's smallest, strangest arranged Best Buys we've ever seen, and the open-box stuff they had wasn't worth the effort to walk through there.

Anyway, I took Enid into PetCo because they were having adoptions, and we always give spare change. When she saw three cats lined up in the front of the store, she squatted down by them with outstretched arms and a huge smile on her face and said, "Now this is what I call getting another kitty!!!" Needless to say, her excitement didn't come to fruition. She's so good at cleaning up the cat food mess, feeding them, and pouring their water... can't wait until she can successfully scoop litter!
