Saving Smarts

I just realized this morning that Enid still has the same $4 in her wallet that she's had since probably winter. It's been months.

I asked her what she was going to do with it since she's saved it for so long, and her reply was this: "I'm going to save it for when I have my kids and then I'll spend it for them."

Sounds like a plan, but maybe she should get it into something that gains. $4 then might be like a penny now.
