Just Some Catching Up
The photo AmyV posted from back in the day made me look at some old scrapbooks. Here's what I found (The angle is funny b/c it's a photo of a scrapbook page.). I think Mandy took this... or maybe Beth??? I can't even remember! It was in high school though. No, I'm not wearing foundation; that's natural paleness. Scary.

I was also struck by my preschool graduation photo. See the Enid in me? Notice the smooth ride in the background. (I don't know whose it is.)

We found candy apples sold individually at SuperTarget, and Enid just HAD to have the Nightmare one. She didn't like it, which I found odd because it was the gooiest caramel apple I've ever had... and extra super sour. Gerald and I tried one called "Apple Pie" and it's similar to the ones we love at Busch Gardens (white chocolate and cinnamon) but this one had caramel underneath as well.

On the way inside SuperTarget, we spotted this little lady on the sidewalk waiting for a new home. Enid loves her, and so do those darn kitties!

Speaking of the kitties... Who doesn't love a good pat on the head while trying to sleep?

It's the Burger Queen!

After giving Enid a breathing treatment the other night, I went into her room for something. Upon turning on the lamp, a head popped up out of the nebulizer case and gave me a heart attack. Nothing is sacred from being a bed in this house.

Here's a nasty little fella that was hanging out by our garage. If you think he looks big, he was bigger.

Enid has had a couple of food breakthroughs recently. She ate and liked some Dora SpaghettiO's, and last night she had some Broccoli Cheese Soup. She didn't eat the soup as well, but I think the chunks of broccoli did her in. And I thought she was over the texture issue.

She's been learning how to correctly hold writing/drawing tools, and this is the fruits of some of her labor. Personally, I'm in no rush for her to be a wordsmith.

We've been doing Halloweenie stuff a lot lately, and here are the ventures in foamies. That big ghost guy needed some rigging with a pipe cleaner to get him to stand. Who said I wasn't an engineer??

Right on!
