Enid's 1st Day of Preschool (& some good food)

This technically would be her PreK year simply because of her age. I'll be writing more about that over at our homeschooling blog. If you're interested in reading it and you haven't received an invitation, please let me know! Anyway, Enid's 1st day at Seedlings was today. She was overjoyed.



A few nights ago, we had a dinner that reminded me of meals when I was a kid... veggies straight out of the garden. And boy was it good! I haven't updated the food blog in ages, but I just had to share this! That was some of the best batter-fried squash I've had in years.
